Shipping Policy

Marcy's Trinkets & Treasures offers FREE shipping within the United States on orders over $50.00. Most in-stock items are typically shipped within 2–3 business days via USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer shipping to select international destinations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges collected at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Marcy's Trinkets & Treasures has no control over these charges and cannot predict or guarantee the amount that may be assessed. Please check with your local customs office for additional information before placing an order.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and are outside of our control.

In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be promptly notified and delivery may require additional time. If your order includes items with different availability times, your complete order will ship once all items are available.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier and tracking has been provided, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. Once tracking confirms a package has been delivered, Marcy's Trinkets & Treasures cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure.

For made-to-order and personalized items, please allow 2–6 weeks for production and shipment. If your order includes additional in-stock items, all items will be shipped together unless otherwise requested.
