Shipping Policy

Marcy's Trinkets and Treasures offers Free Shipping within the United States on orders over $50.00. Most in-stock items are typically shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
We apologize, but at this time we do not offer international shipping.

In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be promptly notified and delivery may require additional time. Please note that if your order includes items with different availability times, your complete order will ship once all items are available.

Once a package is confirmed delivered by tracking, Marcy's Trinkets and Treasures cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages - please ensure a secure delivery location. For made-to-order and personalized items, please allow 2-6 weeks for shipping. If you have ordered additional non-customized items along with a made-to-order or personalized item, they will be shipped together.

 

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 15 days of receipt of purchase.

To request a return, send email to Marcy@mdmtrinkets.com. Please make sure to include your order number, the item, and the reason for your return. Returns that did not receive an RA # may not be accepted and will in that case be returned to sender. 
Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return.

Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.

Please note All Personalized Orders and Custom Pieces are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Please keep in mind that all items sold by Marcy's Trinkets & Treasures are handcrafted pieces, so some level of imperfections and irregularities are normal.

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns and exchanges.
