Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, click the button below to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please include the reason for your return. Returns received without an RA Number may not be accepted and, if refused, will be returned to the sender.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by their country or shipping carrier.

If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges, the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other expenses assessed to Marcy's Trinkets & Treasures by the shipping carrier may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Refunds will not be issued until the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Returns must be in unused condition and include all original packaging, jewelry cards, tags, gift boxes, and any other items originally included with the order.

No refunds or store credit will be issued for merchandise returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition.

Please note that all personalized and custom-made items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Although every item is carefully inspected before shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect their order promptly upon delivery. If you believe an item is defective or was damaged during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. Because every piece sold by Marcy's Trinkets & Treasures is handcrafted, slight variations and minor imperfections are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Marcy's Trinkets & Treasures reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy or is determined to be unreasonable.
